If a claim is genuinely payable but an insurer raises a technical issue, we’ll work through it properly. We review the policy wording, challenge the decision where appropriate, and push for a fair outcome. We also aim to keep one claims contact accountable throughout the process to avoid delays and miscommunication.

You’ll deal with the same account manager throughout your period of insurance, so you’re not constantly being passed around.
