If an insurer rejects a genuinely payable claim on a technicality, we go to great lengths to dispel that technicality by thinking outside the box & revisiting any and all negating clauses in the policy wording. When dealing with insurers during a claim we believe in making one claims officer accountable for the entire process which ensures a streamlined outcome, as opposed to dealing with multiple claims officers potentially getting lost in translation. There is no limit to the amount of time we allocate to the claims process.
